DAMAGED AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEMPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Hand painted artworks and prints can not be returned unless damaged and will therefore be refunded or replaced.
EXCHANGES
Once art has been dispatched it can not be exchanged. However if you place your order and change your mind on design, colours or size and Kate Max hasn't yet purchased materials or started works then Kate will be happy to discuss adjusting your order.
REFUNDS
Should the Client cancel the commission agreement after the artwork has been completed, Kate Max of the Kate Max Art reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the total costs. The scale of the charge will be dependent on the discretion of Kate Max of the Kate Max Art and the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.
FAULTS, PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER AND RETURNS.
Should there be a problem with your order, such as the unusual event of the wrong Artwork arriving or if you have any Artwork delivered from us which is faulty or part-missing, then we ask that you contact us directly using the “contact” information available on the Website or email us at maxartk@gmail.com within 14 days after the day you received the Artwork. We will do our best to help with any issue of this nature and may provide exchanges in the unlikely event that the artwork is faulty.
RETURNS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
